Our foundry has been at this location for over forty years. We pour castings from a few ounces up to 1500 pounds using the latest technology in Melting, Molding, Heat-Treating and Quality control. We will use your patterns or build new ones. We will gladly work with you in the initial design or redesign of your castings. We will also assist in the conversion of your fabrications into castings for cost reduction and improved performance. We use Air-Set molding and Induction Melting processes to efficiently produce 1 or 10,000 castings, in almost any Ferrous alloy.
All castings and/or assemblies can be provided in any level of heat treatment, machining, painting or grinding and certified by physical or nondestructive testing.
